Never done any serious overclocking before, but I was bored and thought why not push my 980Ti to it's limits. I'll probably keep it OC'd while gaming now (dat 144hz monitor).

After a bunch of crashes trying to go too high on core clock/too low on voltage, and too high on memory clock, I've had these settings running stable for a few hours and have decided to keep them.

The factory clock for my card is core clock of 1493mhz, memory clock of 3505mhz. After overclocking it's at 1643mhz core and 4005mhz memory.

Benchmarked using one benchmark (just coz lazy to download others) and these are results:

Before OC

After OC

That sees an 11% performance boost at 88ºc compared to 84ºc with factory clock.

Thoughts?

My 980ti is just stock, don't think I would start tweaking outside the GPU Tweak 2 app.

Some good gains there though Thumbs Up
