Ah, new registration month! Sales are way, way up on August: BMW's sales jumped from a flaccid 226 in August to a tumescent 1510 in September. So... many... finance deals.

A surprisingly good month for Suzuki, although I'm not sure what they're selling as they're not topping any of the categories. I was wondering if they might scrape the 126-650 with the "new" "SV650", but Piaggo bagged it with the mighty Vespa GTS 300 (yes, really).

No other big surprises, although it's nice to see Triumph bagging the 650-1000 slot with the Bonneville Street Twin.

Good news all round, a very strong month compared to last September, and sales are comfortably up year-to-date. Long may it continue.

Hmmm Thinking are there now so many bikes being stolen that it's driving up sales?

New numberplate effect.

I didn't expect it to be so big, but it's pretty clearly there, especially with BMW.

Fowlers was banging out new bikes when I bought mine. Had a 2 week wait for PDI and registration. Mad
Their showroom is much bigger than their workshop.
