Let's just say I mean't to replace my front wheel bearings 2 weeks ago and haven't got round to it
I have had success with freezing bearings the night before smashing them in place.

Does bearing grease degrade if stored in a shit freezer for 2 weeks?

If it did vehicles and machinery in cold countries would all seize up.
Freezers are *only* about -16C.
It would be wise to have it in a bag to minimise frost from moisture getting in as you anxiously check it every day Wink
Also grease smell might somehow taint food in there.

Which brand? Google the MSDS (material safety data sheet) for any product. All sorts of info there (by law) including composition, storage and stability. But as the others said, it will be OK.
