Oh, really. "Your" job that was entirely created and funded by USian money? And now you have half a car factory next door, which is 50% more than you had before, plus the money that you've already been given by the gringos. Perhaps you could finish it off and maybe even develop your own industry rather than sitting around waiting for someone else to come and fix your economy.
