The piggies are all on the slip roads with their engines running, waiting to spoil your day.
You won't see them until you go past them

No , it`s just before that section if you are going towards Felixstowe or just after if you are going towards Ipswich

UPDATE : they are now at J49 by what used to be the Haughley Bends just out Stowemarket, camera van as well
