Has anyone tried those portable ultrasound units? I'm having a look at them as I've got chronic tendentious in my wrists and ankles Neutral

A couple of units I'm looking at:

Pure placebo (almost)

You need much higher frequencies and a bit of training to do much good.

And that is professional gear which will cost waaaay more than a couple of hundred quids

My only experience with ultra-sound was for physio after a bad injury .
Couldn`t feel a thing , but a few minutes after the session, my neck muscles and shoulder only hurt half as much.

I dont know how it worked, I suspect it was pixie dust but I felt a whole lot better
