Halfrauds' standard HS1 35/35 bulb has lasted me an AMAZING 31 days before dying That's maybe 36 hours' use.
I'll have to get another one off them so that I'll have a receipt I can use for a refund. For future ref, is this just unlucky or are some brands more often 'unlucky' than others? |

I had a pair of Osram Nightbreakers in the car.
Had them in for about a year, one died, I replaced it, the same one died a week later, replaced it and the other one died two days after that
Fitted with latex gloves on etc. I'm pretty sure it's luck of the draw, some bulbs are just duff.
I went to put a nightbreaker in the Fz6 and before starting I looked closely through the lens and saw 'Japan' on the base - I'm fairly sure that means it's the original, and I'm not touching it because sod's law I'll be replacing it every 6 months afterwards ____________________ Yamaha FZ6 S2 |

Urgh, yes, this is like those "Battery died, replaced it, new battery is dead too. Stupid new battery!" threads. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
