Good? Doubt it.

Better than wiping arses and changing soiled bed linen? Probably.

Yeah I know it won't pay well but I am on £12,000 a year right now for a full time job that is stressful and unhygienic. I am a tard wrangler but these aren't your ordinary tards, they are severely autistic and pretty violent.

I have ambitions to be a motorcycle instructor so this job would not be a permanent thing, just something to do, and I live with my parents so I don't have to worry much about food or rent.

At least you'd get some sort of riding experience working with Deliveroo, and your previous experience working with window lickers will transfer nicely Thumbs Up

If I recall correctly you will have to buy business insurance for the bike though. A friend of mine got a quote of £120 a month which was an unreasonably huge chunk of his monthly pay with the time he was able to spare. Might be worth getting a bicycle.

£120 a month?

Whaaaat?

I am 23 years old and have held a clean car license since I was 18, surely that will help bring the premium down right?

A mate of mine works for Deliveroo here in Bristol
and recently said he and other 'roobots' were moving to
deliverymates for better money as they were screaming out for folk

https://deliverymates.co.uk/

He mistakenly thought I may be interested in joining up
Moi? deliver pizza and curry on me old CX ?
how very dare he

If you want to get into this sort of work it may be worth comparing
them.
I dimly recall him mentioning how the insurance could be paid for
on a daily or 'as you go' basis but not sure of facts on this

Business insurance is certainly required. Normal business insurance often excludes hire and reward though so may not be sufficient - check with the insurer,

I know it can be expensive, a guy I work with paid 3k to get business use on his personal car (not a bike I know but still Shocked). I'm sure all deliveroo riders have business insurance btw Wink
