so, i have a 2 stroke derbi senda 50cc, i was just wondering, what are the main differences of buying genuine parts from the bikes manufacturer, or buying one that would fit, but not a paggio part, any help here? becuase piaggio top end kit is £170 , but i found another kit for £70, would there be a decline in quality and or top end speed?

OEM parts will tend to carry a premium, but as a rule of thumb tend to be top quality too.

Other brands can be questionable quality, but if it's from the likes of malossi or polini you can expect it to be of reasonable quality.

Giving us nothing but a price to go on doesn't really help - a link will speak 1000 words in this case.

I don't know anything about the brand "TNT" - somebody else might have something positive to say about them but without reading up on them I'd steer clear.

Personally I'd be more inclined to go for the £97 one from here purely because I trust pjme to stock decent products: https://www.pjme.co.uk/acatalog/Derbi_Senda_50_Engine_Top_End_.html

I don't know what age your bike is but the kit I linked above is for a pre 2007 one I think. There is a similar one for the DRD model. I'm far from an expert so do your own research before buying any of them.
