Hello, recently I have killed the engine from not checking oil and the bottom end is gone. It's cheaper to get a second hand engine.

I have the 2011 "newer version" fuel injected model, there are different engine type versions "JC34", "JC39E", "JC40" and "JC50".
So what I've checked my bike has the "JC39E" version, which apparently come from 2008 to 2010 models, is there any difference in the engines, my logbook also states it's a "JC39E", so will it fit the same as from the previous models?

Already looked at that one and the seller said it's a "JC37E" no idea where he got it from.

That will be fine. That engine IS the one for your bike, they didn't differ between that engine for 6 years.
