Isn't it true that the queen can't be prosecuted for murder in the UK??

Previous Kings have been beheaded, and I believe under EU law she became a citizen like the rest of us.

I'm willing to bet that medical the checkups Prince Philip has had have been much more thorough than what the vast majority of other pensioners get.

Being involved in a crash changes everything and suddenly the reality of life will hit home.

He's going to stop driving now. At least on public roads.

Getting back to Brexit theme, a lot of people mention No Deal.

Here 2 facts:

1. It's against 2017 Conservatives manifesto

https://www.conservatives.com/manifesto

https://i.imgur.com/Dvn759g.png

2. No Deal is a crime for May: It's personal choice and literally a crime for Theresa May not to cancel A50 on 28 March if there is no other solution found at that point.

May has a PM duty to acts in national interest, No Deal is failing to act against national interest!

I find it impossible to have a conversation, anxiety takes over and I turn into a dribbling wreck, much like the Tory party indeed.

Of course, before 1973 there were no human rights until we were given them by Europe. Laughing

She isn't preparing to "destroy UK human rights"

So after, they'll again go to court here. They can't go to Strasburg, can they, since we won't be in the EU.

Theresa May wrote:
The ECHR can bind the hands of parliament, makes us less secure by preventing the deportation of dangerous foreign nationals and does nothing to change the attitudes of governments like Russia’s when it comes to human rights,”

It also has a massive backlog which means, as the court of last resort, we have to attend to the needs of people like Abu Hamza for years while they evade justice.

From the same BBC article:

BBC wrote:
Car accidents: Younger v older drivers

By BBC Reality Check

In November 2018, there were 5.3 million over-70s with full driving licences in Britain, according to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency.

There were 11,245 people involved in road traffic accidents where the driver was in that age group - a rate of two per 1,000 licence holders.

For Britain's 2.8 million drivers aged 17 to 24, the rate was more than four times as high, at nine per 1,000.

The DVLA did not provide figures on whether this simply reflected that the older age group were on the road less than the younger age group. However, a separate study from the National Travel Survey suggests that over-70 drive an average of 1,000 miles a year more than under-20s.

A solution to reducing road traffic accidents in the UK is simple: raise the legal driving age to 21.

Nice to see our international trade secretary still hasn't managed to get anything resembling any trade deals lined up yet to replace any of the 40 current trade deals in place via the EU

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-46917999

Not exactly lining up to do deals are they ...

Quote:
International Trade Secretary Liam Fox said he "hoped" they would but it depended on whether other countries were "willing to put the work in".

Or to translate, most other countries just can't be arsed to deal with a little country that doesn't have the same scale as a trading block such as the EU..

So, once again, the brexit pushers, and to be fair Liam Fox is one of teh bigger supporters for brexit, and even he can't put a positive spin on this, are once again shown to be delusional dreamers.
