Modified VW Bora TDi.
This car has had it's brakes and suspension upgraded to Audi TT/Seat Leon Cupra R spec including wishbones, hubs, uprights, anti roll bar, steering rack and ABS/ESP unit, master cylinder, brake calipers and disks. It has a hybrid turbo, ECU remap and a front mounted intercooler producing approx 220bhp. 17" TT wheels are also fitted. The headlights have been converted to Xenons with proper retrofit bixenon projector housings.
I've owned this car for 5 years and 100k miles and it's been the perfect reliable daily commuter as well as great fun. Runs perfectly, MOT until June next year.
Please bear in mind this is a 13 year old everyday car and is sold as such. It has rust starting to come through on the passenger arch as well as damage to the bumper on the drivers side rear (please see photos) as well as the usual stonechips and parking dings you'd expect.

Bought Dec 2011 at 108k miles with partial service history
Home serviced since, with Quantum platinum oil and genuine filters, changed every 8k miles and other servicing as per the service schedule.
Other parts fitted:
Dec 2011 – Genuine Bosch wiper blades, Osram Nightbreaker headlamp bulbs, OEM cruise control retrofit, towbar and vehicle specific wiring kit. Genuine dash cubby and Pioneer BT-7300 headunit fitted with handsfree. Alpine Type E front components, JBL amp.
2012 – Genuine Audi S3 front dampers, Genuine Audi TT rear dampers, Eibach Pro Kit Springs, Genuine Seat Leon Cupra R topmounts and rear axle bushes, Genuine Audi TT wishbone bushes, Audi TT hubs, wishbones and anti roll bar, FAG wheel bearings and new ABS sensors. Lemforder track rods, track rod ends, droplinks and bottom balljoints to heavy duty TT spec. Solid Aluminium subframe bushes and genuine bolts. 17 inch TT wheels and 225/45R17 Goodyear Eagle Assymetric 2 tyres. Polyurethane dog bone mount. Audi TT calipers, meyle disks and jurid friction brake pads. Stage 1 remap. Coolant (genuine) and brake fluid (ATE Superblue) changed
2013 (120k) – New timing belt (contitech), tensioners (INA), water pump and auxiliary belt. Replaced gearbox oil with genuine VW fluid. Front window regulators replaced with upgraded metal clamps. Doors stripped and additional sound deadening fitted
Spring 2014 – Front mounted intercooler fitted along with custom hard pipes and silicon hoses. Darkside Developments EGR delete fitted. Aircon feed to glovebox fitted using OEM Passat parts. Replacement front wings due to the usual diesel sound deadening rot. Foam sound deadening removed.
Autumn 2014 – Replacement clutch, slave cylinder and DMF with new fluid. Hybrid turbo fitted (PD150 turbine housing, new PD150 core, billet compressor wheel and PD100 compressor housing (to get rid of the spring clip). Lemforder upper engine mounts. MAP sensor and all vac hoses replaced as a precaution. Remap carried out
2015 – New Lemforder nearside track rod end and drop links. Replacement Meyle disks and Jurid friction pads
2016 (180k) – New timing belt (contitech), tensioners (INA) and auxiliary belt. Lemforder Cupra R spec rear axle bushes, Lemforder TT spec front wishbone bushes and ARB bushes. New drop links. Rear axle brakelines replaced and new brake fluid. New Febi Bilstein topmounts with genuine bearings. New AL KO front dampers. Leon Cupra R steering rack, ESP/ABS module, TT master cylinder
