Thinking ShavingVisorPal? ...Nah it's too much of a stretch, even for him.

putting a dab of washing up liquid then buffing it out with a cloth also keeps your visor from fogging up.

All very temporary though.

Tbf I should start doing it again, fucking pinlock isn't working anymore.

In regards to broken pinlocks, I had great success using clear silicone bathroom sealant around the edges of mine to create a perfect seal again.
Until the visor was too scratched to be of use anyway.

Cheers for the protip, might have to try this. The visor can't get any worse than it is anyway.

Sellotaping packs of superabsorbent polymer gel to the inside of the visor does the trick. Or it might if I'd tried it. Maybe sticking them onto the lenses of your glasses might work?

Exactly this. I have a cable tie around the chin which keeps the visor open just a crack. This works fine for he visor and my glasses.

but, I dont want to shave... I like my beard. Keeps my face warm.

But i do need to do something... Fogging is an issue. And I oftern have to keep the visor up one notch.... I also ware glasses and they fog up too if i breath through my mouth.

I remember when I was a kid I went to a motor show and on the trade floor some one was selling a buffing wax that stops things misting up...

Use it on mirrors, windows visors.... everything.

Anyone know what these things are?

i could buy a pin lock too... But im trying to be a little cheap now after the xmas splerg

I used washing up liquid for a year or more, then the inside of the visor started crackling so it was scrapped. Now I use pinlock.

Cracking open the visor is great at sub 40 mph, but on the motorway it did my head in, and even with the vents fully open it still wasn't completely clear. With pinlock it doesn't matter if the visit and vents are both closed.

Unless it's piddling down, then you get water splashing in onto your glasses and drips running down inside of visor from top...

If your PinLock isn't making a good seal and steaming up between, pop it out and try spinning the pegs round 180 degrees. They're asymmetric, so at one angle give a tighter fit. As the Pinlock ages and stretches this can help get a bit more life out of it. However, eventually the slots on the pinlock stretch too deep and it'll need replacing. Check the seal after refitting it by trying to slide a bit of paper between, it should not pass the seal anywhere.
