They're so desperate to reduce pollution that they're going to charge bikes £12.50 per day....

but come the tube strike today and their out with their 'Heritage' buses, ancient heaps of junk belching out great clouds of oily particulates. I nearly choked to death behind one on Old Street.

You can actually see the smoke recorded by my crappy camera, that's how bad it was.

Round here, your 'heritage' busses have got private plates to hide how old they are, and they're our 'modern fleet'.

FFS, be thankful you have a public transport infrastructure. Obviously, when all the lazy toob train driver strike, things are gonna creak a bit.

If it's that bad for you, try being inside the vehicle instead. Bet that would reduce emissions.
