This clamp...

is there a special tool to remove this? Whenever I've encountered this clamp, I completely destroy it with a usual set of pliers and then use a jubilee clip instead.

Screwdriver - you can then use it to tighten the jubilee clip you use to replace it Razz

The Ducatis have these pox ridden things all over the fuel system. They're only used by factories because they're cheaper than jubilees or other screw clips.

I have the joy of encountering these clips at work quite often, the only reason they're used is 'cos they are cheap! They are a one-shot crimped item but sometimes I've managed to reuse them by carefully using a small flat blade screwdriver under the loop part to lever the ends of the loop away from each other a bit...just enough to allow the hose to come off. You can then recrimp it with some pincers or end cutters.

If you lever so much it unclips then forget it unless you've got the patience of a saint and a steady hand with needle nose pliers to reform it!

TL:DR No...certainly not the pliers suggested...

I think the best way is to destroy the clamp and replace it with a jubilee.

Those clamps are a PITA
