Hello, I'm just looking for the rear chain adjuster:

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=rear+adjuster&biw=1600&bih=766&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj2rNaZtrjRAhWC2RoKHUWsCDoQ_AUIBygC#tbm=isch&q=rear+adjuster+motorcycle&imgrc=NF8ZPD3AumiryM%3A

For a GSF 600S 2003, not sure if left and right matters but it's the left,
can't seem to find one anywhere Neutral

Fowlers work out about the same for a new one, but I wouldn't want to guarentee that they could actually get one new.

We both gave you 2000 - 2004 parts.

In a normal universe, this covers 2003.
