Hi,
just now I received phone call from Copart with information, they will deliver my bike at Wednesday. (?)
I repeated I will come in tomorrow by myself, how I requested this morning.
Unbelievable...
I hope, they will not tell me when I`m there tomorrow, I have to give them another 24 hours to prepare. Mad

Hi co-riders,
I promised to let you know, what happens to the complaint with MCE.
So we contacted them today, and the results: the complaint is moving from manager to the reconciliation department.
What have they done for the last week?
Again arrogant on the phone.

I'd suggest not contacting them at all - you want them to run out of time, so that you can escalate it to the FOS.

Your damaged scooter? Wow, you're not having the best month. Sad

Are you even going to bother making a theft claim?

Yes I do, but I bought new bike Forza 125 2017, today, so: after excess £950 + £500 deposit for new one and £92 a month for 48 months.....

... or I could travel to and from work for about £40 per working day.

Definitely not a nice month.

Seems a lot of dough for a scoot, I bought a brand new MT09 last year for the cost of a couple of tyres over that.

It happens, my insurance went from £240 to £460 after a van took me out. Keep it clean for a year and it'll go back down.
