Keis inner gloves problem

Anyone got these?

I use mine with their battery pack and I find the heat it puts out is extremely low you can barely feel that they are on.

Anyone else find this as well? I'll be getting on touch with the manufacturer but thought I'd ask if anyone has the same problem?

I'm running them wired to the bike's battery,

I only get issues if I've not clipped the wires in correctly, they are stiff to clip in then click into place.

They're not exactly hot, but always a comfortable temperature (and occasionally a bit too hot)
