And title the thread "URGANT!! HELP REQUIRED!!!11!"

That way we'll know it's yet another vague post about a Gilera 50 that doesn't contain any useful information that would actually help with diagnosing the problem such as the bike's history, whether it's just started doing this, and the inevitable list of things that you or a well meaning "expert" uncle has tried doing to it to sort it, which usually just make it worse.

Easy fix, common problem.

Easy engine adjustment. Get a big adjustable spanner and loads of wd40...

Locate the 3 biggest bolts on the frame and loosely fit adjustable spanner, but has much downward force on spanner has you can, don't worry if it slips off a few times, just keep doing it until you can't fit the spanner anymore, now spray with loads of wd40 and leave for 10 secs try again, this time you are wanting the bolts to snap, if not, just cut away the frame until the bolts are clear.

Now pull the engine out, it will be dangling on all sorts of leads, pipes and shit, cut these, the best thing is a bread knife just hacks those mofos right off.

Once the engine is clear, use all the spilled petrol to wash down the bike.

Now nip down halfolds and get a the following items :

Front sprocket
Rear sprocket (have a search on here about gear ratios, you decide)
A new chain
A set of peddles...

Now fit these to frame and sorted.. Make sure you have the rear wheel realigned professionally

Or you can take some pics b4 halfolds and tell everyone about you new track bike project

Or you can list on eBay as a street fighter project, or ideal cafe racer waiting to happen..

Or you could replace, air filter, fuel pump, plugs for a start... Thumbs Up

WARNING, all above could be shit cuz this is not workshop forum.. Shocked
