Hi, does anyone know the best place to get a rack so I can fit a top box to a fazer? Not sure which I need. Thanks.

https://www.beginnerbiker.com/2012/11/givi-monokey-rack-top-box/

It's just the arms that are Fazer specific (model Givi 340F).
The plate (M3) is pretty generic. As are any Monokey top boxes.

Grab the arms new, to ensure you get all the mounting bolts, brackets etc), cost ya about £65 odd.
The plate and box you can pick up second hand from any bike model going cheap on ebay local to you. Otherwise the M3 plate will set you back about £30-35 new, and a box £100-200 odd. Or look for a cheaper Kappa box, which I'm pretty sure is compatible with Givi plates.

Avoid the 'Monolock' stuff, it's the cheaper Givi stuff, that isn't as robust and can't carry as much weight.

Ok cheers for the replies. I didn't buy the fazer from the other thread. I've bought one that has 18k miles 2002 model for a little less than what the other was going for Smile

I've been thinking about removing the pillion grab handle and welding up a frame to bolt in it's place for a box over the pillion seat. Not sure about the MOT legality, and getting at the seat box might prove tricky.
