New Alpinestar Gloves Release Date

I need some new gloves, current ones now have a hole in.
Looking at Alpinestar SP-8's but it seems the current version are due to be replaced imminently. Its tough to find stock of the colour and size I want.

I could get the current ones, but seems stupid to buy a discontinued product when new ones are so close to release. (And look better)

Motocard are doing pre-orders, due "Feb 2017", but just wondering whether anyone knows any more accurate dates. If its going to be another 3 weeks, I might have to bite the bullet and get something different.

I bought the SP-8 at motorcycle live. They are excellent. Very flexible.

There are loads available new on ebay if you decide to go old stock.
