Hi, I have a WK Sport 125cc 15 Plate.

I Was washing the bike and I think i got the electrics wet so:

The bike starts first time but will only run for about 15 seconds before loosing all power and dieing (Electrics stay on though)

Then i have to wait up to 5-10 minutes before it will even start up again, I've changed spark plug, oil, oil filter, fuel filter, cleaned the carb and the jets, and it still wont work?

Could it be a bad coil pack or something?

Could be as well an fueling issue. I get it the motorcycle already dried up.

Check there's fuel in the carburetor bowl the next time you try to start it and it dies. There should be a drain screw there.

If it was the coil, then I normally have the opposite problem. The engine is running fine and then, when the heat builds up, the coil stops working.

If there is fuel then what? Any other ideas? and I'm not sure if the coil is just like broken so it works and just burns itself out?

Is the fuel tank breathing to let fuel out?
Sounds like the carb is filling up too slow.

That were my thoughts exactly, but then with the full carb bowl it should run longer than 10 seconds. Thinking

At 6k for 15sec is a long time and the fuel level will drop quick so try it at 1k to see how long before it stops.

Start it with the fuel tank open, see if it runs, if it does then it is a breather pipe issue. Judith had this on her bike.

There's always a chance, but that usually results in not starting at all, or erratic running. Starting, revving up, and then dying does sound more like fuel starvation.

Does fuel get to the carb? Is the fuel hose kinked or blocked?
Is the carb float set and working?
Has it got an inline fuel filter?

If it were my bike the above would apply before waiting for parts.
90% of fuel problems are electrical, but 97% of electrical problems are fuel related. Basically you ordered electrical parts so it's a fueling problem, because 57.3% of statistics are made up on the spot.

Tldr; Schroedingers cat lives in your fuel tank.

Brick Wall

Diagnosing is cheaper than guessing. Do you have a turny-tap? If so, what's it set to? If you have a vacuum tap, is the vacuum hose secure and not split? Either way, are you getting good fuel flow through the hose to the carb? If you open the carb drain immediately after it cuts out, is the float bowl dry?

You could throw away a lot of money on random parts.
