200-500cc bike, £<500, Herts/Essex

To cut a long story short, I had to shelf the CX500 project(s) again, but really want to get back on 2 wheels again.

So I'm after a temp bike until I can start on a CX again. 200cc-500cc, 2 or 4 stroke, crosser/cruiser/commuter, nothing sporty, I'd consider under 200cc but not 125cc or below.

I'd go up to £500 for the right bike, in the right place (I'm near Stansted Airport), with MoT. I'd consider no MoT, repairs bike, etc, and have the means to travel a distance and collect, but the price I'll be willing to pay will be reflected in that.

I'm not in a hurry. What have you got?
