Funny how ISIS didn't stop her leaving, must be because she's well past her prime.

It would be madness to let her come back to the UK, so she'll be arriving any day now.

Suck for her that her God keeps killing her kids. Laughing

She has "no regrets" - two babies died, flew into a war zone, severed heads in bins, blah blah blah.

Who the actual fuck is this oxygen thief and how does she expect clemency with this bullshit fucking rubbish she's coming out with. She must be properly fucking thick. I despair.

The problem is, she didn't give up her British citizenship so she has a legal right to be here regardless of whatever she did for ISIS. What happens when she lands depends upon whether she can be charged and convicted of any offence.

I imagine she could be held under the Prevention of Terrorism Act, but that won't be for ever....

Don't get me wrong, I would rather she wasn't allowed to come back....

I gather she threw her passport away so has no actual proof to who she is.

Therefore bye bye Hand No Isis people here thank you.

tl;dr (of if you don't like the daily exhail)
dindu's daughter dindunuthing. Is all the fault of the government and the police. Nothing to do with dindu taking her to hate rallies etc.
Very quiet when she went off to join fun state, married a stranger at 15, saw sethered heads in the bin, etc. Now suddenly pipes up.

I see al beeb did a video opinion poll of folk in 'befno green'
who were largely sympathetic to her.
I noticed none were cheeky cockneys, native britons or western europeans even.

Just wondering if she'd come back to a traitor's jail or a council house with a spare room for when the fathers want to visit.

They are sexist. Just cause it's a youngish woman who's pregnant she doesn't pose a threat we HAVE to let her back in cause we are nice (read stupid) and that's what Britain stands for. Rolling Eyes

I bet they wouldn't say that about a 19 year old male who wasn't phased at finding severed heads in a bin, got a 15 year old up the duff 3 times and now wants to come home.

The opinions voiced on The World at One (Radio 4) weren't all sympathetic - in fact iirc most weren't.

The jihadi bride from Bethnal Green we're being told is an innocent victim who was "manipulated by evil people" and now "should be allowed to go home and have her baby in peace" has similarities to "innocent" muslim woman shown in the video clip from The Bodyguard on this page: https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/bodyguard-bbc-tv-ending-nadia-bomb-terrorist-female-oppressed-isis-jihadis-a8553181.html

"I built all the bombs.
You all saw me as a poor, oppressed Muslim woman.
I am an engineer.
I am a Jihadi."

Okay Bethnal Green jihadist is ten years younger and probably isn't a bomb building engineer but to quote her "I'm not the same silly little 15-year-old schoolgirl who ran away from Bethnal Green four years ago".

Confused

We need to pass a law with beheading as punishment for joining ISIS and then invite her to come 'home'

The Treason Act 1351 could do with a bit of updating and polishing as running away and joining a group like ISIS must be considered treasonous.

She did that when she joined a terrorist group fighting against the British.

Deprivation of British Citizenship is mentioned several times here. Search for "Syria" that should do it.

https://researchbriefings.files.parliament.uk/documents/SN06820/SN06820.pdf

This is my guess as to why lots of fighting age "Iranian" men are turning up on the Kent Coast with no ID or papers. They would not be allowed back in through normal means.

Did you not read the first page as to why they can't deprive her of her citizenship?

Which part of the text are you referring to?

"The Home Secretary has power to deprive a person of British citizenship in any of the following scenarios:
• She considers that deprivation of citizenship is ‘conducive to the public good’, and would not make the person stateless;
• The person obtained his citizenship through registration or naturalisation, and the Home Secretary is satisfied that this was obtained by fraud, false representation or the concealment of a material fact;
• The person obtained his citizenship through naturalisation, and the Home Secretary
─ considers that deprivation is conducive to the public good because the person has conducted themselves ‘in a manner which is seriously prejudicial to the vital interests of the United Kingdom, any of the Islands, or any British overseas territory’; and
─ has reasonable grounds to believe that the person is able to become a national of another country or territory under its laws."

She was happy enough in Syria until she realised their version of the NHS is a bit crap. Can she become a Syrian citizen?
