A Pakistani grooming gang most certainly will. I don't see what is difficult to understand about that.
A Pakistani isn't necessarily a child-groomer though, contrary to your vision of reality.
Have a read of this. It isn't pleasant and is 20 years old, but if correct provided a bit more perspective on the number of paedophiles in this country at that time. I can't imagine things have changed significantly since then. It would be more use to this debate if it broke the figures down to racial/religious groups, but sadly it doesn't.

So we’re saying 2 gangs of one, from different areas, who didn’t rape anyone, means that there isn’t an issue in Pakistani Muslim culture, where in a 20 mile radius, in 2 years, arrests have caught over 10 gangs of over 220 Pakistani Muslim child rapists, who have been raping white girls for years?

I've never argued that there isn't, just that not all Muslims are by definition paedophiles. Show me 2300 non Pakistani Muslim peados arrested within 20 miles of your house, in the last 2 years.
Because that figure at least, would be needed if your going to pretend this issue isn’t vastly disproportionate in that particular culture. They do not make 10% of the population, especially of adult males.
You’d have more luck arguing that the Earth is flat.
