I post this mostly for my own amusement.

I know this and he knows this and well I guess all of BCF now know this. Many of the smarter people with their LLB or finance qualifications he considers utterly useless probably already worked this out too.

But he was a bankrupt once.

Being a bankrupt automatically disqualifies you from being a company director until you are fully discharged. He dodged this in 2002 by getting his sis to start the company and transfer it over to him.

He did this to avoid the credit check and the companies house disclosures that happen once you start a Ltd company.

Since he was the only director and only employee after the transfer this is clear evidence of acting as a director while disqualified.

Acting as a company director while disqualified is a criminal offense punishable by 2 years in prison AND liquidation of your company.

Acting in bad faith that is the person who transferred the directorship to you is also punishable by fines and prison.

This is not doxxing as all of the above information was published in the Gazette as a matter of public record Publications in the Gazette exist purely to inform the public about public interest matters.

The UK doesn't have a statute of limitations either

It would be a terrible shame if somebody notified HMRC or companies house wouldn't it? And for your company to be liquidated and for you to be made bankrupt again right?

Um, jurisdiction is more of a criminal thing. AFAIK, for civil cases, you're perfectly entitled to go to the country of the alleged libeller and sue there. Pretty fecking expensive endeavour though!
