Two things:
1. Look at the organisation stating this. RebelMedia - YL's propaganda machine. Not necessarily the most impartial source of information and therefore needs to be taken with a pinch of salt unless proven.
2. If true, odd how the whistle-blower was a Muslim, who by YL's definition is a paedophile himself. Doesn't make sense.
3. No copy of that Circular is revealed, and without it nobody can verify if it was actually sent and if it was, the context.
If it is true and the context is as RebelMedia suggest, then the Home Office should be investigated thoroughly and those behind it should be bought to task. If it isn't and it is a RebelMedia stunt, then those responsible at RebelMedia should be sued. Somebody should be sweating.......

He overturned the CPS decision not to prosecute the notorious Rochdale gang. Other sources are available if you bothered to look.

The enquiry into the Rochdale failings showed rife fear of racism amongst all public authorities including the government. Have you read it?

Tell me which part of that isn't factual? If fact is far right, then it's not really a political ideology is it?
History and facts back both up. Mind you, being a Pakistani Muslim, I can see why you're not keen on the facts being revealed about the behaviour of certain social groups.
All of German youth were part of the Hilter youth at one stage. Romanians even beat the Bulgarians on organised crime in the UK. Met Police have claimed that Romanian gangs are behind 90% of UK cash point fraud. They also make up the bulk of pick pockets on London streets. As crime by nationality goes, proportionally, those two countries are way ahead of the game, much like Pakistanis are with child sex grooming, FGM and all the other nasty cultural traits they bring to the UK.
Maybe at your end of the country you don't see the effects of many of these issues as I doubt you have these communities in anywhere near the size we do in the South East for theEastern Europeans, or the Pakistani Muslim population of Yorkshire and the Midlands?

Yes, providing they're parents of children at the school and not just Muslims protesting because of their sky fairy's intolerance to gays. There are times where over the top liberalism needs reigning in. This is one of those times. It's a shame it takes an intolerant, homophobic, ethnic minority to openly say so, because all the normal indigenous population are too scared to for fear of being called homophobic.
You see whitey doesn't get to claim the ethnic card to get out of all criticism due to "cultural differences".
