pressing charges against police for assault?

starting to think the world has it in for me... or at least wants to see me on the JK show..

this was last week however but...

in car.. chilling but then... get pulled over.. got out hobbling and clearly retarded... the officer requests my name i questioned this curiously and he suddenly got agitated, ive seen many videos on youtube of police being cunts and this guy looked like one of them so i asked if his camera is recording he said no so i told him im reaching in my pocket to get my phone to record for my safety..he said thats fine, i got my phone out pressed record, flashlight came on and that was it..

he lunged at me trying to grab my phone and slammed me against the car telling me im under arrest for assault...

i was trying to tell him ive got a back brace on and a broken spine but among the trying to fight me for no reason and taking my phone off me i didnt get to.. until he had me cuffed and his backup arrived because i was fighting him back...

anywho he dragged me off to his car with no crutches whilst im trying not to collapse into a ball on the floor.. sat me down in the front which was nice and said he has no idea if im the person hes looking for but he needs my name to check, and i quote "the only information i have is a male in a silver car" well fuck me.. that narrows it down a bit!

was hurting like fuck sat in the car so he let me stand outside but he said i cant take the cuffs off because i might run away... id be lucky to walk away let alone run! after much debating and telling him he can go check my bag for my morphine and shit that i was prescribed for the pain im not running anywhere he agreed to take them off and let me use my crutches..

eventually cleared it all up but felt somewhat let down that he felt the need to act like he did based on fuck all.

fired a complaint to ipcc but i cant imagine they will do much with the 10 seconds of video that i have and most of that is me against a car but i wish to push this as assault because he was unjustified in his actions.

The first sentence of your post gives the clue

"...starting to think the world has it in for me"

The world doesn't have it in for you, or anyone else. The world is indifferent to every one of us. However, the quality of our lives is governed by how we interact with the world.

The officers behaved badly for sure, but you didn't help the situation because of your attitude. Why make things difficult for yourself? What satisfaction could you possibly have gleaned from pissing him off?

In your condition I would have thought you'd just want to get on your way, as quickly and smoothly as possible.

You don't have to take out your frustration on every situation/official you encounter. Try and be more mindful of your own wellbeing and interact with the world in a way that avoids conflict, for your own sake.

And a final thought, with your current legal woes and the possibility of having to deal with officialdom and even, maybe court appearances you really need to develop a more Zen attitude or you'll blow everything.

Plod asks your name, plod asks his radio if you're known to them for whatever it is the guy in the silver car did.

They're not going to give you all the details when they're interested in hearing what you've got to say.

They could tell who the car you were driving was registered to but they've no idea who you are. Telling them your name and it being the same as who the car is registered to would be you one step closer to going on your way.

You can be all "I DO NOT CONSENT, FREEMENTALIST WITH MORPHINE AND BROKEN SPINS" or you could just answer a couple of basic questions so they can stop bothering you and they can get back to trying to find whoever it is that they're actually after.
