|
|
Good morning BCF
Does anyone know of any insurance company's that will insure one to take a DAS course on their own bike with L plates.
I've been told it is a way to do it.and the instructor meets you wherever the bike is and I've an instructor willing to do that.
I cant do on those blumin Gladius bikes that they all seem to only have around here.No way.
I will do [or would like to do] on an XT660X.
Any ideas or has anyone actually don this please?
Cheers
OK,yes I cant use this as it isn't 54bhp or over......S@@@!... |

Bikesure is the only one that regularly gets mentioned.
Since you're begging, you won't be choosing and may get dry pumped on price. I'd cost it up against a competitive quote after you're fully licensed.
The other option it to quite truthfully enter "provisional license" on a comparison site and see if you get lucky. If you get offered cover on that basis then job done since it's entirely legal to ride a big bike on a provisionaL while under instruction or on test. The underwriter might not have meant to offer that cover, but the broker's mistake isn't your problem. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
