Refitted indicators back onto H100SII.

Front/rear flash slightly toofast when opposite front/rears not plugged in, but they do flash.

When fronts and rears all wired up, if you flick the indicator switch on, the fronts doesn't work, the rear glows very very slightly, and the clicker unit goes 'ping' and then continues to buzz very quietly (rather than tick tick). As soon as either a front/rear is removed, the remaining bulb flashes brightly and SLIGHTLY too fast.

I am slowly loosing the will to live trying to get these things to work. Any ideas before I spend yet more money on a voltmeter?

Ta

Have you checked that you put the right handed ones on the right and vice versa?

Sounds like a duff indicator relay to me, assuming that the battery has enough charge in it (trying this without the engine running and a knackered battery may be able to power one bulb but not enough to make the relay work properly with two).

Should this make a difference?
The front ones are the originals but the rears are NOS replacements. All bulbs are by the book, 6v 18w

I thought along those lines, but the Battery is fully charged, have tried with engine running and there's no difference.

Could you clarify the above.

Do you mean if you have both left hand indicators plugged in but not the right hand ones, they flash quickly? Then when you plug all four in, they don't flash at all?

Because that would pretty much have to be a fault with the repeater light wiring.

First thing I'd check for is corrosion around any of the connectors and bulb holders, though from what you've described I wouldn't be surprised if it's the relay.
