Hi all I have noticed a fuel smell lately on my bike. Bike runs fine

Noticed one of the small pipes from the throttle body is a small clip and has a plastic line that pea to the seat area. See the pic you can see the end of the connector

Also the brass connector from the tank moves side to side there's no bolts for it and it doesn't seem to leak is this normal
