Good day BCF
I need some help trying to find out what the insurer is asking,as both they and the broker dont seem to want to explain:

Thank you for contacting us.

As per previous correspondence, your previous insurance policy with ##### has not yet expired. Therefore we are unable to apply your NCB to this insurance policy, as it can only be used toward one policy at a time.

Please give this matter your urgent attention, as there will be an additional premium payable for any period of time where the NCB is unavailable. This could be the full term of the insurance policy. You should contact your previous insurance company straight away to discuss your NCB. Please let us know once you have done this.

and previously: that I ask them to remove NCB from the policy:
What does that do and is that wise?
Hope you can help a thikko like me....Cheers

do you have two bikes you are insuring?
you can only use your NCB for one policy, so you'd have to either

cancel one policy and use the same NCB u used for that on the new one.

or

insure the second bike with no NCB

if it isn't that long till the end of the term I'd just wait as you get an extra years NCB

Yes,two bikes.
I have got insurance for my own bike [XT660] to do the A2.
My other bike XR125 is with CN insurers who wont insure the XT for the test.
I havn't got a test slot yet,but will be this month hopefully.
I don't want to cancel the XR one, as I'm using it.
BS are the only ones I found who would insure the XT for training and test purposes.
Just wondering why BS hadn't suggested insuring with no NCB?
Is it because of what I'm using it for?
So BS insurers suggestion to take it off the XR policy, would mean re-insuring it without NCB, but how does it affect the cost,or doesn't it?

no you just cant insure 2 vehicles using the same NCB.

you'd have to insure the XT with no NCB for the test, then (hopefully pass) uninsured the XR after. It will cost slightly more, yes
