lad I work with is doing his brakes in my garage after work tomorrow

only thing is we cant work out how to get rear caliper off as there doesn't seem to be any bolts to undo except those on the pins to get pads out

its a 63 plated one

anyone had one or know how to remove these

Usually one of the sliding pins has a hexagon on the end, you undo and remove that slider, swivel the caliper up on the other slider and then just pull the main caliper off of its bracket.

See this picture, a single bolt removed and it has been swung up then you pull it off the other slider.
