SH300i 2007 ignition wire?

Hi I am looking at fitting R&G heated grips to my SH, and want to do so via an ignition wire, so I can't leave on by mistake.

R&G say you can just opt to connect it to an ignition cable. Can anyone suggest what cable up in the front fairing I should use please?

When I did mine I tapped into the feed for the Rear brake light switch.

How easy/hard was that to do? Simple enough to route the cable from grips to there?
