i only asked as i cant take an 8 year old girl on the back of a bike and had to sell mine. i am a single mother going crazy due to a lack of 2 wheels. i was and still am a great lover of motorcycles. there was no need to be rude.
i rode motorcycles for 10 years before becoming a parent.
so if you could suggest a way i can use my motorcycle licence and not leave my daughter at home that would be really nice

Can't, or won't? You can, but do you not want to?

Why can't you take your daughter on the back of the bike? Mine's been coming on the back since she was 3

My 9 year old loves going Pillion.

Take them for a gentle pootle with very few curves, some kids "get" it straight off, mine needed a few rides up and down the street before it clicked.

Yes, but he didn't make light of taking her daughter out on his bike behind her back. This isn't the 70s now, Mr Glitter.

That was the Italian dealer's offer that they could not refuse - can't see any other reason why someone would buy one instead of a wheelbarrow

OP has gone crawling back to Mumsnet and Facebook aghast that everyone in the world isn't a fluffy wuffy bunny.
