Clapping I know in the US they like throwing long sentences at people for virtually nothing, but in this case it's deserved. I don't understand people who think it's ok to use their vehicle as a weapon.

Agreed.

I was waiting to see what would happen.

He just sat in his car as well after... Didn't even check if they were okay until approached, and even then wasn't remorseful.

Well - hes got a lot of time on his hands to reconsider his actions - well done that man, hope it was worth it to express your moral high ground on the biker that was "breaking the law".

Agreed - you get 4 points for 'due care' in the UK for running bikes off the road.
