Floor. Gone and got a few scratches in my wood floor that stand out like a dick in a nunnery. Any thoughts or suggestions on how I can make them better

My first thought was to try and fill/go over them with some clear varnish and try and polish/flat it with some cutting compound

Sid beat me to it.
Alternatively you could use worktop jointing compound.

In case its not clear from the photo its a bamboo floor, which has a gloss finish. Its more the clear coat that scratched.

Wood those filler still work?

If it's just the clear coat that's scratched I'd just, carefully, paint the scratches in with some varnish using a modelling brush. If you're really picky you could then sand it with 600 grit paper, then polish it with some automotive cutting compound.
