Then the response remains as "Could you please remove your helmet in future" rather than screaming "Fvck you, Bikey McPikey, you ain't getting your fvcking nosh until you bin that fvcking lid, you cvnt."

Some dramatic license may be in effect.

To be fair I just took a step towards her and said "pardon".. repeated that 3 times and by the. The food was ready. Said thanks and left.

Bear in mind I'd been stood there 5 minutes and she left it until my food was ready and I was leaving anyway... Rolling Eyes

It's simple health and safety. They are scared you may try to eat the Big Mac throught the visor hole. Than you chock to death and sue them afterwards for zillions Laughing

TBH I remove my helmet every time I go indoors / deal with someone - only takes a few seconds. Hence never needed to be asked.

They didn't say anything about my shotgun though. It is one rule for the corrupt businessman and yet another for the gun-toting but free-spirited biker with a covered face.

Why oh why of why won't these so-called banks understand that...oh fuck it, I'm getting bored. Yes, it was sarcasm.

OP? Nevermind.

Yes really. If you are referring to the insects as per the previous poster... Then what difference does it make if its in my hand or on my head numnuts? Rolling Eyes

If you are not referring to the bugs then please enlighten me as to what your "really?" refers to? Question

So much classic.

Kris, dude, numnuts is soooo your next nick Mr. Green Mr. Green

Sorry, forgive me.

Hawkeye. Are you saying you can see a difference between walking into a petrol station with a disguising mask to interact with a person at a till with access to money. And walking into a restaurant with a disguising mask to interact with a person at a till with access to money?

Apologies if I'm not getting it, but from the point of view of the company, the similarities between a potential unidentifiable robber between the two are uncanny surely.

This pisses me off (not Arcane, but the idea behind it). If I go into a fast food place/shop/supermarket its not to make an emotional connection with the staff, it's to perform a transaction. Stop trying to interact with me beyond that! It's everywhere nowadays.

On a more pertinent note, a modular helmet neatly gets around this particular piece of monkey-level nonsense. Also great for getting helmets on over glasses and earphones/plugs.

Most shops don't even require you to talk or interact with anyone these days. They have those infuriating robotic tills that seem to believe that there is something in the bagging area that shouldn't be. The less human interaction the better.

FWIW, emotional connection (aka relationship) in any selling situation is a corporate tool for getting away with putting the price up

This insight is worth cash money - I did it just for you because I value you as an individual. The orphan starving donkeys need your support. Send what you can afford today. Cheques payable to cash please
