Hay guys I am currently doing a bit of work on the Bandit new chain sprocket respraying wheels and noticed the bolts on my exhaust manifold are coming lose but someone has tried to tighten them up and rounded off the heads and don't know how to get them out to replace with new ones any ideas would be much appreciated got some pics to hopefully get a better idea

see if a slightly larger imperial allen driver 3/8 or 1/2 drive socket type can be hammered in.
If those bolts are m8 the size you will need is 1/4 inch

Punch in slightly bigger alan socket. Warm it up before you try to take them off. Just ride it or use a torch. Penetrating oil should help.

IF punching in sligtley bigger socker won't help. THEN get a hacksaw and cut a straight line into each individual bolt, roughly through the center of the head of each stubborn bolt. Then you can give it a go with a screw driver socket. Make the grove deep enough, so you have good grip.

IF all the above fails, then I'd just cut the heads of the bolts off, remove the exhaust and then use 2 nuts to get the rest of the bolts out, just like when you remove engine head studs or use a stud extractor.

Oh, and before you even touch it, buy yourself new bolts and seals. You do not want to reuse the copper crushable seals, nor the fecked up bolts.

Thanks guys I will have a go at that and yer Pete it is blowing a little bit and not going to enjoy doing it but may as well do it while I am doing rest thanks guys
