Can someone please assist me?

I have a 2008 fz6 s2 Fazer and I've recently purchased a gear indicator (plug and play) plugged it in and it didn't work but now after removing it all to start from scratch the bike now won't start. The key light is flashing, the temp is desplaying hi and the fuel pump is not activating.is there a procedure I can reverse this or is the ecu or imobiliser now faulty? Does anyone have a diagnostic procedure to pin point what I need to replace ?

Would really appreciate it

Thanks Jon
