It was a short clip taken from someone else's longer upload.
Approaches ped crossing just as lights go red, brakes too hard and bike slides along road ahead of him.
Not raining or anything much to blame, maybe road was curving and he'd just done quite aggressive filter overtake.

i've been watching road bike crash vids the last few days (slow time at work) and the amount of people that crash when completely upright is astounding. Usually Americans from what i've seen.
