For what it's worth, a biggish low tuned auto-box twin is a perfectly sensible bike to use for commuting.

And on their death bed, everyone says "Wow, I'm glad I was always perfectly sensible."

The NC series do at least mean the rider never has to worry about things like sex and relationships. It's basically a mobile chastity belt.

Precisely. Like taking a girl home after a drunken night out. Everyone knows the safe thing to do is wear a noddy; but it's sooo much better when it isn't safe! Even if it'll mean a trip to the GUM clinic and a cotton bud down the japs eye.

Which leads me to....

It sounds like an NC is a good tool for commuting

One of the couriers (just spotted your subtitle) on the NC forums just broke 145k miles (~2.5 years), unsure if it's a Trigger's Broom though Wink

Because it's a hybrid of a bike and a car with none of the plus points of either.

This is BCF, you'll soon learn that it's fuelled by hate.

Whichever bike you buy, join their forum for the important stuff but also stay on BCF because it's like going to the special zoo to look at weird demented animals. One forum should offset the other and you should remain normal. Beware staying on BCF only. You're fucked if you do that.

Actually it's quite refreshing to have a member of the LGBT community becoming a biker.... Laughing

To quote another member on here... both of these bikes are the perfect way to experience your vag lips flapping in the wind.
