stick coil faulty?

vtr been running poop for a while think ive traced it to the stick coil..

any way to take them apart and check the insides or are they sealed?

any ideas how to test them

Measure resistance across the terminals, then from terminal to the plug end.
It was easier for me with an I4 engine to determine one had different readings compared to the other 3.

You'll need to RTFM for your coil service specs. Be sure to try new plugs first.
I don't believe they're servicable.

swap it over with the one off the other cylinder and see if the problem moves

Yes swap it over. If the problem moves then inspect it carefully for cracks. I've seen several that leaked hv through the side of the casing.
