Hi everyone.

I'm swapping the engine in a keyway superlight (cg 125 replica) for a 2004 honda cg125 engine. I've got it fitted and swapped out the Rectifier/regulator and the CDI, but I have no spark if I fit the keyway cdi it starts but won't rev over 5k. Dose anyone have a wiring diagram for a honda cg 125 2004-2007 so I can see if I'm missing something, or any suggestions would be great.

Cheers Liam

This is a pure guess and based on the assumption that the wiring is correctly butchered.

Something to do with the pick ups on the crank?

Keeway CDI isn’t advancing the ignition timing beyond 5k. The Honda one isn’t picking up anything for whatever reason.

Yeah that's pretty much where I am with it. I'm using the keyway loom hence the reason I need honda wiring diagram to see if it's configured differently.
