VFR 750 Running issue

Hi all

Been doing a straight bar conversion on the VFR , it's been sat for about 4-5 months not running. Gave it a service, New plugs oil etc. And now it sounds like dogshit:

Cylinder 4 is really loud as seen in the vid. I've not balanced the carbs as it was running well before I dismantled it. Haven't touched the carbs at all. It's got fresh fuel in.

I'm getting spark to all four cylinders

Is my engine lunched?

Sounds like the manifold gasket off that cylinder could have shat itself or a nice hole somewhere on that pipe.

I've read that in a couple of places. Yesterday it wouldn't even fire over. Just fire up on cylinder 4 for a bit then die.

Carbs are off and going for an ultrasonic clean tomorrow. Fingers crossed
