I can get a refurb iPad for £189 or a Samsung refurb for £239.
It's only going to be used for looking at the web. It has to be one of these 2 as I prefer the screen shape.
I've not found a shop where I can play with the Samsung. Any real life experience of both of these?

I have a mini 2, the issue's that Apple included it in the iOS 10 update which it's a little under-powered for. It works fine it's just not as slick as you'd expect.

BTW I paid £189 for the 32GB version (new) before Christmas.
