The only thing you'll ever cum in is a sock

Having just finished reading the most recent Tritey thread, that statement generates the most horrible mental images.

Thread about insurance advice.

Everybody making comments about the hypothetical damage they'd inflict on this poor girl. Confused

Why the confused face?
The responses are fairly soft compared to some in BCFs past.

I know a guy whose car was keyed by his neighbour. Criminal damage conviction was successful. He wasnt able to claim much money - not enough to cover the repair anyway. I'm not too clear about why that was exactly, but it was only worth his while pushing through the criminal damage complaint in order to get the neighbour kicked out of the flat - he was always advised that he wouldn't get much in the way of repayment.

Compensation awarded by a magistrates or crown court is almost just tokenary.

If someone wants to be compensated in full for damage caused then they'd want to go to the small claims court and then quite possibly to a county court to get it enforced.

Someone needs to find photos of the OPs brother to add to nsfw photoshopped porn scenes.

Thumbs Up

Surely that is the whole point is it not, as long as he was able to repair his car, that is all the compo he needs, unless he was also claiming for loss of earnings, or stress, or whiplash, or some other bogus ailment brought on by the keying

Update:

Police have been in touch with bro.

They are looking for the guy to "bring him in", They will "arrest him as soon as they find him"

Doesn't fill me with confidence - His car is bright orange for a start - and they have his address and place of work.

Yeah I would have expected a dawn raid, chopper hovering over the house while Bodie and Doyle smashed the door in.

He keyed some cars

They'll pick him up when they see him/tug him for something else, or when they have minutes free and he's made his way to the top of the "when you've got a minute lads" pile.

Which is why brother needs to actually get that complaint in and keep prodding away at them.

And question why it took 2 incidences of criminal damage before the Police did anything, if they had acted in the first incidence the 2nd may not have taken place.

Yeah my thread would have been ...

"Is it my fault a psycho ex bloke has a wrench embedded in his head after keying my car and shouting shit?"

And there would be better pics of said bird. 👍

I would ask for a phone call if/when he is lifted as after he has gone full dindu in interview and the case is referred to the CPS, who drop it because hard graft, sure as eggs are eggs you will be needing to move the car out of sight and taking up rounders in your front garden.
