Is there another name for this kind of clamp?

I need to clamp some fittings/brackets to some round bar mudguard supports (roughly 15mm diameter).

Something like this in steel or a chunkier version in alloy (a bit like a handlebar clamp but a different diameter).

I know it as a saddle clamp but there might be another name for them I can search for?

That is indeed a saddle, though you might try looking at pipe clamps and hose clamps too.

Or you could get something like a door connector plate and bend it around a pipe the same size then lob either end in the vice, job jobbed.
