Still playing Ghost Recon with the Mr, but near the end now. 79 hours so far, not bad for an MSI points freebie.
Just picked up Horizon Zero Dawn from Argos for £24.99 (Argos vouchers woohoo). So that's next in line.

I'm playing one of the monthly games from ps+.
Alienation. Mindless repetitive shooty slashy stuff, I love it!

Been playing Co-op Trine 2 with my pal in Big Screen VR.

Basically like a virtual LAN party, both sat next to each other with giant screens playing the same game, it's cool as fuck.

Telltale games Borderlands freebie on psplus. Will finish it today. I see the Game of Thrones one is free for July. Also have Life is Strange.

Found out that 2 pads work for the Borderlands one, so can sorta play it co-op.

Still hitting GTA online most of the time. Grinding up the cash to get involved in the new gunrunning update stuff.
I'm rapidly approaching 15million GTA$. Mostly accrued from special cargo missions.

Played it round a friends, I found it really boring (maybe he had done everything) Neutral

Speaking of boring, I was 'recommended' AoE Castle Seige when I logged into the Xbox site... even though it's a windows/mobile game. Utterly crippled by in-app purchases (like most free to play titles).

It's more of a game for the fans of the series. I enjoyed it - 9/10 game. I take 1 point off, as sometimes you just ''walk around'' too much. The fight system is very fresh and new, requiring a good skill to be successful (it's not just a game of numbers, like other RPGs of this sort).

The humor, once again being a fan helps.

I wouldn't buy the Switch, yet. We all remember the hype around the WiiU and then, after a few months, the 3rd. party game developers decided not to make any more games for it. Thumbs Down

Think I paid just over 6 pound for it on the steam sale, for that price it is brilliant, not sure if I would want to pay full price though

Not as much as when wearing my VR headset, now that's torture. It's now gathering dust in a cupboard somewhere...

Just had a random thought as to why I rate witcher 3 and sections of the series so highly. I would class them as art in the sense of how they actually dig into you and make you think. I would agree games for a large section are time sinks and rely on that rat in a maze seeking pleasure analogy.

That game for many breaks beyond that box a bit. It really won't be a hit with everyone no doubt but if you have not tried it, it is worth a punt to see if the experience makes you uncomfortable.

A friend's really into it, I think the last game I liked of that type was the original Fable, and that was because it was more fantastical than the later ones (which tried to be a bit more real).

Still enjoying Battlefield 1 for multiplayer. I completed Mass Effect Andromeda in campaign mode recently and, as I got a copy gratis, I played the campaign mode on the recent space-age Call Of Duty thing. I tried the multiplayer but it sucks arse compared to BF1.
