Just the other day I was gifted Guid Wars 2 and although i'm not an MMO sort of person (other than I guess Runescape if you could call it that 20 years ago) so it does intrigue me a bit...

The top-level content gets pretty technical from what I can tell but most of the content is pretty solo-friendly. I've played a few different classes and races and they all have different stories that thread through the levelling up process.

Call of duty the new one or the reincarnation of MW2. Good actually.

Also Bayonetta 3 on the switch, I bought a used Nintendo Switch for a bargain price recently.

I got TT ride the edge 2 for a reasonable price, and I played a couple of seasons. It's good fun but extremely unforgiving. Better than Ride 4 I reckon.

Got this on offer a couple of weeks ago and I've played through a couple of seasons now.

Definitely less buggy than Ride 4, and I do like that the career mode has a definite roadracing flavour. It's much more about managing the risks than achieving the perfect lap. There are some serious limitations as an all round bike game though -
* Seriously limited bike selection. I think there are only ~20 bikes total.
* Seriously limited real life tracks. There's only the TT course (I say only, that's a serious feat in itself...) but other than than they're all fictional.
* You can't enter a race in multiple classes. This seems like an odd omission, given the road racing focus, and that in reality, most racers at the TT enter multiple classes.
* You can't change the setup of the bikes before you have upgrades. Again, this seems odd given that most if not all of the bikes in real life have adjustable suspension even in standard form. You can't even change the preload.

On the other hand, you can't really get a more glowing endorsement than the actual TT racers using it to refresh themselves. -

I have a fondness for Far Cry Primal, much better than Far Cry 4 anyway.

I really enjoyed Far Cry 4. I just bought Far Cry 3 on GameBillet for £2.10... I have blood dragon already but the weird colours did my eyes in.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

I did enjoy blood dragon, it was a bit of fun. Cool

I was years behind too because I bought it on release (as well as Witcher 2) but was never able to play the games until starting a couple of years ago when I got a computer which could actually render the games at more than 10fps and without the machine sounding like a harrier. Laughing

Plague Tale - Requiem

Not enjoying it as much as I did the first one, although I'm only about 3 hours in. Pretty sure if it's having some issues running on PS5 as well, doesn't seem as buttery smooth as it is on my PC.

Martha is Dead (PS5/PS4) - 9/10

A very dark and gloomy psychological horror game that takes place in 1944 Italy, where you walk around and take pictures with a 40's Rolleicord camera. As you go you find and use different film stocks, lenses, filters, tripod, flash... and develop your images as well to advance the story. You may also just wonder around and take random (non story related) pictures.

I did enjoy it, although I'm not gonna play it again.

Bought another copy of Witcher 3 GOTY after I saw about the 'next-gen' upgrade.

Despite already beating it on PC and PS4 Pro, I'm still really looking forward to it on the PS5, probably the best game ever made IMO.

Gran Turismo 7 - PS5

If I added up all the hours I've spent playing the different versions of Gran Turismo since the first one in 1997
and then deducted them from my age I'd almost certainly be at least a year younger. This one is every bit as much
fun for me as the others, the dual sense haptic controllers adding yet another dimension. It looks and sounds bloody
amazing on my chuffing great telly. Haven't got much done this week. Laughing Pic 1 snapped with the in game photography
composition function of one of my favourite front wheel drive class cars.
